"I am the biggest Jesus loving girl you can find, and… I’ve been wondering all day if Jesus would’ve gone to CFA. I think He would’ve gathered all His gay friends and met in the park for a picnic. That’s what I wish I could’ve done today… if there was a gay parade I thought Jesus would be at the front wearing a rainbow tshirt, because He would be broken hearted that an entire population of His children had been isolated and condemned. I was called a blasphemer and had such hate thrown at me from a Christian…a woman who says she’s a Christian but doesn’t seem to have a clue who Christ is. Please know that there are conservative Christians who love you and respect your life and choices. I know the Bible says homosexuality is a sin as it says one million other things are too. Somehow the church as a whole has decided that homosexuality is “THE BIG SIN” and that the church needed to go after them. …What we do know is that Jesus did tell us to LOVE LOVE LOVE. That’s all we’re supposed to do. Why do some people find that so hard? …God has given me a huge special love for the gay community. I can’t even explain it. I’ve had people tell me that I’m a wishy washy Christian who lies to people when I don’t tell gay people that they’re obviously going to hell…and I don’t care. I know what’s in my heart and that’s love. If you ever want a conservative Christian’s viewpoint or support please feel free to contact me. I’m holding hands with you. Giving up CFA is hard for me, because I DO LOVE a chicken sandwich. I am an Alabama girl after all. LOL. Just being honest. Having said that, your life is more important to me than lunch.
